This level includes macro-simulation training capped at a maximum of 2 hours of daily activity, with up to 30 additional bonus minutes unlockable through performance milestones.• Phase 2: CEO costs $2.99/month and is unlocked once the user successfully triples their simulated corporate revenue over simulated total expenses within the ecosystem.• Phase 3: Owner removes all ongoing system fees ($0.00/month) once the user establishes a digital enterprise with 20 active Shift users within their simulator structure.All financial transactions, billing profiles, and subscription updates are securely processed externally via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICYWe want you to be entirely satisfied with our educational simulation platform. Since Shift2owner operates via Lemon Squeezy as our official Merchant of Record, customers are entitled to a clear refund evaluation period. You may request a full refund within exactly 14 days from the date of your initial transaction or subscription renewal if you experience technical issues or if the platform does not meet your educational expectations. Refund requests submitted after this 14-day window will not be eligible for processing, and all subsequent charges will be non-refundable.
